1. Appearance requirements: in principle, under natural light or 40W fluorescent lamp, visual inspection at a distance of about 30cm, without bumpiness, no diagonal lines on the sealed tail, scratches, and burns.
2. Smooth surface, clean inside and outside of the tube, consistent glossiness with standard model, no obvious irregularities such as unevenness, redundant stripes, scratches, deformation, wrinkles, etc., small uneven spots should be no more than parts.
3. The tube body and cover are matched perfectly, no damage, no thread defect. The sealing tail lines are at the same level, the standard size of the sealing height is 3.5-4.5mm, and seal tail line height deviation is less than 0.5mm.
4. Damage (tube or cap is damaged or any position): the paint layer on the surface of tube is peeled off> 5 square millimeters; The tail is cracked; severely deformed.
5. Hygiene: the inside and outside of the tube are clean, and there’s no obvious dirt, dust and foreign objects inside the tube and cover. There is no foreign matter such as dust and oil, no peculiar smell.
