Deciphering Cosmetic Tubes

Classification of cosmetic tubes: cosmetic tubes are divided into single-layer, double-layer and five-layer cosmetic tubes, which are different in pressure resistance, impermeability and hand feel. For example, five-layer cosmetic tubes are composed of outer layer, inner layer, It consists of two adhesive layers and another barrier layer.

Cosmetic squeeze tubes features:
1. Excellent gas barrier performance, which can effectively prevent the penetration of oxygen and odorous gases, and prevent the exudation of content fragrance and active ingredients. Excluding part of the air (oxygen) in the packaging container can effectively prevent deterioration.
2. The use of packaging materials with excellent barrier properties (air tightness), sealing technology and strict requirements can effectively prevent the exchange of packaging contents and substances, which can not only avoid weight loss and taste loss, but also prevent secondary pollution.
3. The gas in the cosmetic tube container has been removed, which accelerates the heat conduction, which can improve the thermal sterilization efficiency and avoid the cracking of the packaging container due to gas expansion during the thermal sterilization process.

Injection head: In the production of cosmetic tubes, the injection head should be installed on the inverted tube through the injection molding machine to achieve a close combination of the two. During processing, the cosmetic tube should be installed on the mold, and the injection head should be formed by the injection molding machine and installed on the tube. When installing the cosmetic tubes, the tube needs to be inserted into the mold to fix the tube and then processed. However, the existing mold can only install cosmetic tubes of one height, and the molds need to be replaced when installing hoses of different heights, resulting in a decrease in processing efficiency.

Printing: The printing plate used for cosmetic tube printing is usually copper plate. Because the copper plate has high printing resistance, the plate-making method is the same as that of the ordinary copper-zinc plate. Cosmetic tube printer is mainly composed of plate cylinder, blanket cylinder, impression cylinder plate with tube, output mechanism, ink fountain, etc.

Hot Stamping: Hot stamping is a printing and decorative process in which gold letters or patterns are printed on the print by applying foil to the printed matter by heating a metal plate. Using the principle of hot pressure transfer, the aluminum layer in the anodization is transferred to the surface of the substrate to form a special metal effect.

Tail sealing: Cosmetic tube tail sealing machine uses heating technology and principle to fuse the high-pressure plastic cosmetic tube sealing surfaces on both sides of the tube mouth under heating conditions, which can avoid some disadvantages of weak sealing caused by foreign objects on the tube wall. It is specially designed for the sealing and printing of plastic hoses, with a unique design concept, powered by compressed air, convenient and fast, and is an ideal sealing machine for plastic hoses and composite pipes in medicine, daily chemical and special industries.
