1. Pressure resistance: refer to the following two methods Fill in 9/10 water in to the tube, cover the lid (with all the components), and put it in the vacuum dryer to vacuum up to -0.08MPa and keep it for 3 minutes, checking whether there’s cracking or leakage. Randomly select 10 samples from each batch, add the same weight or volume of water as the net content of each size tubes, and place it horizontally; use the specified pressure to press the tube body vertically and statically for 1 minute, and the head area is ≥1/ 2The force-bearing area of the cream tube.
2. Drop test: Fill in specified capacity content, close the lid, and fall freely to the cement floor from a height of 120cm. There will be no cracks, leaks, loose lids.
3. Cold and heat resistance: Take 2 patch tubes(filled in content) in equal number, one patch put into incubator to heat up to 48±2℃,and wait 48 hours; The other patch cream tube will be in the refrigerater to cool down to -5 to -15 ℃, and wait 48 hours. Then take out the cream tube samples, and inspect them when they turn to room temperature. Eligibility criteria: No cracks, deformations, discoloration of any part of the tube and lid, and no cracks or breaks in the tail of tubes..
Yellowing test: Put the cream tube under ultraviolet light for 24h or 1 week in the sun, and it is qualified if there is no obvious discoloration compared with the standard sample.
5. Adhesion requirements: Pressure-sensitive tape peeling method test: use 3M 810 tape to adhere to the tested part, after it is flat (no bubbles allowed), tear off quickly , there is no obvious adhesion of ink and hot stamping on the tape.
